No advertising or analytics cookies

Seek Boston does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, analytics pixels, or behavioral profiles. It does not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.

Functional device storage

The website uses browser storage to keep trips, saved places, accessibility and display preferences, offline files, installation preferences, and your privacy choice on this device. This functional storage provides features you request and is not used to track you across websites. The privacy-choice record remains until you clear site data or change it below.

Account sessions

If you sign in, required authentication storage maintains your session and lets the service recognize your account. It is not used for advertising. Signing out removes the local session; deleting the account removes account data held by Seek Boston as described in the privacy choices and data requests.

Optional live third-party services

If you allow live services, the website may connect to Google Maps and Places, Google Routes, MBTA, Open-Meteo, and OpenStreetMap routing. Depending on the feature, those providers can receive a search, coordinates, IP address, device or browser information, and technical request data. Seek Boston does not add advertising or analytics identifiers to those requests. Provider policies apply to their own processing. Our privacy policy identifies these providers and explains their roles.

Changing your choice

Essential-only mode keeps the offline guide and local planning controls available, but live maps, photos, results, routes, transit, and weather may be unavailable. You can change this choice at any time without losing your saved trip.

Your privacy choice

You have not chosen whether to enable live third-party services.
